Rhona has spent the last twenty years providing consultancy and training in a wide variety of industries, focusing on sales and customer service.

Her experience in sales is significant, and covers business development at both corporate and retail levels. She has spent many years in the UK and USA working with organisations at all stages of their development from launch to maturity. Rhona has practical experience having previously run her own business.

Rhona tutors on the Diploma in Professional Selling; The Advanced Diploma in Professional Selling; and the Graduate Diploma in Sales Coaching; all awarded by ICM.

Qualifications and Memberships:

• Honours Degree in Business Studies.
• CTP - Certified Training Professional (FAS recognised)
• Graduate of Institute of Public Relations of Ireland.
• Alumni Member of the Institute of Professional Selling
• Member of the Chamber of Commerce Cork.
• European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
