Ray has spent the last twenty five years in sales and has held senior management positions with DHL, British Telecom and Fedex. His experience covers sales management, business development, management training & development, customer care, brand positioning and awareness, pipeline management and training. Ray has effectively combined his broad career experiences with an interesting & lucrative hobby – appearing on TV quiz shows. He has appeared on no less than 16 shows over the last 15 years on BBC, ITV, & RTE, and has won over €100,000 in prizes. Ray uses a lot of performance techniques and achievement disciplines to ensure he is in the best possible position to win on these shows. He also uses many of the processes, skills & knowledge that BTS has researched & developed for the sales profession from the disciplines of sports, music, acting & dance. Ray himself has developed and delivers unique one day workshops that deal with Pressurized situations and how to deal with them and Staying in the Moment
Qualifications and Memberships:
Ray is a Qualified Sales Coach (QSC), having achieved a Distinction whilst undertaking the Diploma in Sales Coaching in 2007; and was the Sales Institute of Ireland Student of the Year for that year.
Ray now tutors on the Diploma in Sales Coaching and is involved in a range of diverse projects for BTS which are aimed at delivering professionalism in Sales, whilst focused on improving Sales & Sales Management performance and results. Ray is a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland.

Rhona has spent the last fifteen years working in the service industry. During that time she has worked in various industries including Airlines, and recruitment.
Her experience in sales is significant, and covers business development at both corporate and retail levels. She has spent many years in the UK and USA working with organisations at all stages of their development from launch to maturity. Rhona has practical experience having previously run her own business.
Rhona tutors on the Certificate in Selling Skills, and The Diploma in Selling; both awarded by HETAC.
With a background in sales, training and performance management in the service industry, she has been responsible for the introduction of innovative and creative strategies in customer care in the aviation industry and implementation of a sales incentive bonus scheme. With specific focus on the start-up phase, she has designed, developed and introduced systems and improvements in a wide variety of industries.

Charlie has spent the last twenty six years in the insurance industry. Working in field sales positions in different parts of Ireland. From representative in Waterford in the early eighties to area manager in Kerry, west Cork, and eventually taking over the south east of Ireland as Senior District Manager of the accident division. Winning numerous awards for people development, and sales. In 2006 he moved into the Customer Care Department of CICE as Senior District Manager of the east and south east of Ireland.
His experience covers business development, management training, customer care, and recruitment. Charlie has spent many years training sales people and sales managers both on the road and in the classroom.

Based in Galway, Mairead is Associate Director for Business & Training Solutions Ltd. (BTS) in the West of Ireland. Mairead provides in – house sales training at both executive and management level for clients in both the SME and ICT sectors. Her current clients include BT Training, Microsoft Ireland, New Horizons Ireland, Global Knowledge Ireland to name but a few. She is also a tutor for the Sales Institute of Ireland qualifications.
With a background in ICT communications her passion is in the provision of practical, innovative and strategic sales training. Mairead is the Microsoft appointed MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) trainer and assessor for Ireland.
