ICM Graduate Diploma in Professional Sales Coaching
Entry to the programme is for sales managers, sales trainers, and sales coaches, with at least two years experience in managing or developing salespeople. The programme is delivered as a blended solution - i.e. a mixture of workshops; online study material; tutor interaction; and continuous assessment, over a period of ten months.
There are ten learning units divided into three modules as follows:
- Module GDSC1: Sales Coaching in Context – a programme briefing; one workshop; delivery on-line of the first four study learning units; work-based exercises; an assignment; an exam; production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio.
- Module GDSC2: Preparation and Planning for Effective Sales Coaching – a workshop; delivery on-line of a further four learning units; work-based exercises; an assignment; an exam; production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio.
- Module GDSC3: Implementing Sales Coaching – one workshop; delivery on-line of the final two learning units; work-based exercises; an assignment; production of a professional development in the workplace portfolio; and an end of programme sales coaching project.
