The following compliance services, previously offered by the Financial Services Compliance Group  (FSCG) are now available from Business & Training Solutions Ltd:

Process Assessment Questionnaire (PAQ) – we have designed an assessment tool in order to establish potential ‘risk hot spots’. The assessment tool covers such areas as:

- interactions between managers
- recruitment & training processes
- competence assessment
- marketing & promotion activities
- supervision & monitoring

Direct Intervention and/or Facilitation – the PAQ process mentioned above could be the first step in a structured approach to determining risk.
