Jack Gleeson is a recognised specialist in Coaching Business Leaders and High Achievers. Among his clients are leaders in industry, the professions, politics and sports. He possesses special skills in Communication, Teamwork, Charismatic Leadership and Conflict Resolution.

From a business and farming background in Co. Tipperary,  Jack was educated in Blackrock College and University College Dublin. He trained and qualified as an accountant in KPMG Stokes Kennedy Crowley where he spent 10 years and became a member of the management team specialising in Company Investigations, Corporate Recovery and Corporate Finance.

One of the leading Company Doctors in Ireland, he has held senior positions in the Accountancy profession with KPMG, Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) and Mazars. For many years he has practiced as a Management Consultant and over the past 10 years, he has invested in a number of businesses and has held positions as director and non executive director of many companies.

In 2003, he set up First XV Management Consultants specialising in Coaching Business Leaders and their teams. Having over many years identified that people at the top are in many ways isolated, he has developed a skill of coaching such people to excel often beyond their own ambition and has become a wise and learned counsel whom people can confide in and trust.

 Trust, Courage and Integrity are the cornerstones of a safe and powerful coaching environment where the client at all times sets the agenda. Often, one has to explore the business and the personal in order to achieve a proper balance, recognizing that instability in one can dramatically affect the other. There will be few people in your business or personal life with whom you can discuss any issue in a totally impartial and non judgmental setting.  Jack extends to you such a platform.

Indeed, his deep knowledge and insight into business strategy enables him to bring considerably more than pure coaching to his clients. This is a unique skill which sets him apart from many of his colleagues in the Coaching Profession.

In 2006, Jack teamed up with Business and Training Solutions having identified the considerable synergy that existed between their skills and his. While working together, we have improved the leadership and selling skills of many clients.

In his private life, Jack is married to Laura and they have 4 children ranging in age from 25 to 15.
