Note:
A recent study by RecruitSure.com, published in the July 2007 edition of the Institute of Leadership's magazine 'Edge' said that as many as 34 per cent of people attending interviews were asked an illegal question by the person interviewing them. Also - up to 80 per cent of managers do not receive formal training to help them vet candidates in the proper manner, which could land the company in hot water.
