WHAT IS BLENDED LEARNING?
Blended learning seeks to encompass a number of forms
of training delivery to appeal not only to the individual’s
learning preferences but also to ensure that whatever learning investment
is made a transference to the workplace takes place. Blended learning
therefore can include eLearning, face-to-face delivery, personal
coaching, assessments and feedback – none of which is used
