• The benefit of having the Game Plan written down is that it becomes the company bible for how to sell. It can then be regularly updated in order to cope with changes such as:

  - new markets
  - new starters

• We will show you how to implement the Game Plan and if required train your sales team in the process.

• We would always recommend that the sales manager is trained in sales coaching. This guarantees the adoption of the Game Plan and produces continuous improvement
